Season Tickets 2012-2013

Have we had any announcements on pricing for next season yet? In previous seasons didn't the club want our money/commitment by about this time of year?

I think they must have been waiting for our good run to get going.

Think its safe to say they were never gonna release the prices till they knew which league we'd be playing in. I expect they will release them this or next week now.

I'll have to consider whether i'm renewing if the prices go up.

After this showing I want a price freeze, I know the owners have put alot of money into the club, I know the owners need to make money, but fans invest alot of their own money into the club with tickets and merchandise, they don't have to buy them but I feel we havn't had value for money this season, I've not enjoyed the season from day 1 from what i've seen on the pitch and tbh i've not really felt bothered all season, don't know if that's just me, don't know if it's just i've lost my passion for the game/club or whether it is our inconsistancy and performance that have made me feel this way.

Anyone want mine on a seasons loan? Can't afford to renew this season but dont want to lose my seat as its a good one. Back of l block. Pm if interested

is that just one seat or would there be a couple?

This is an easy question for me but only because it is now difficult for me to get to games now thanks to work so I won't be renewing.

But if that wasn't the case it would be a hard decision, but I still don't think I would renew. It's just not value for money at all.

This is me right now. Not had a ST very long at all, but with money being tight how do you justify 400 quid plus minimum 20 spent per home game. The away days do it for me and I know plenty of people able to sort me with those

Yeah I enjoy the away games more, the home games just don't do it for me anymore, I used to get excited every week but not anymore, a home game is more of a chore than enjoyment nowadays.

That said i've not been to many away games this season either as I just don't seem to have 'got into this season'.

*I'm saying all this no doubt i'll probably still get a ST next season, i'll see, as I said it's mainly down to whether theres a price freeze or not, either way i'll put some consideration into it.

The price freeze or not wouldn't bother me. What would it go up by? 30 quid? That's nothing when youre already paying 400

Personally I will go until my dying day....Saturday 3pm and down the KP for me..its in the blood.

Tho we have trying times I will still go, even if we get hammered..yeah I might moan for a bit after but ffs its not the end of the world.

If you support a club that much you'd try and put up with the sh*t.

i agree with you and i would still go if it was for free but it really isnt worth the money especially in these times where you really have to be carefull what your spending!

I feel like I've come away from 90% of home games feeling like shit. I'll still get an ST though as long as the prices don't go up a lot.

Next season has to be better, surely?

It's not much better with away games though, some are great but a lot of them are a let down too. I'm not even guaranteed to stand at every one unlike at home. And if the results been crap the trip back is longer and more depressing.

The best thing about away games is that I always go with at least one mate and we usually get some drinks before hand. Games like Doncaster were dire but at least we hbad a laugh at the pub before.

I do worry about our attendances tbh. People are going to start getting fed up unless we have a good start to the season. As this thread shows some people are already fed up.

I've always been proud of our numbers but if we have a similar season to this it's going to get worse.

I can understand if ppl cant afford it etc..personally I'd rather spend the money going to watch City than say going out on the lash,

Only had a season ticket for the last 3 seasons, prior to that still attended 90% of the home games every season for the last 20 odd years but not bothering next year, will probably do some awaydays but the whole King Dong matchday experience is wearing thin, and some of the players look less bothered than me about turning up.

Id expect a cup run to add some weight to the season ticket price, if we somehow get past Chelsea and beyond I can just see the season ticket wallet "lcfc fa cup finalists 2012" with a hefty £40 price hike added.

I made my mind up on next season when a bird of prey became more interesting to watch than the game itself!

That's just it. I agree with you here too. I will always be lcfc through and through. But I simply can't justify the £400+ if I could, I would be there without a shadow.

Yeh me too, that often ends in disappointment just as often

I have to admit, football all round has got expensive, they really need to make it more affordable.
