wattolcfc Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Just wondered where is the best boozer to head for in the capital? Want a pub which will be full of City fans, let me know where you're all drinking.. #iBelieve
Kitchandro Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 If anyone wants to meet me for a few at the National Express Coach that's where I'll be. You have to bring your own but on the bright side you can spend 2 and a half hours in there without having to worry about being late for the match. And it's open from 9ish.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 A few are heading to Putney, a pub called the Fox. I was tempted to go, purely because of the name, but the tube stop is beyond Fulham Broadway tube stop if you're heading from central London. It also looks like a bit of a walk. If we do go there we'll head there straight away getting there in time for opening (11am) Most likely go to Covent Garden first though. A pub there opens at 10 on Sundays. Our minibus is now leaving Coalville at 7am.
cambridgefox Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 off skiing in the morning but "pub le ski lodge" in La Tania are showing the match and being an hour ahead i might catch all of it. Better take my scarf for a one man rendition of"we love you"
multipack Posted 17 March 2012 Posted 17 March 2012 I would suggest the White Horse at Parsons Green. it one stop on from fulham broadway and then only 10min walk to ground. also can easily park around there.

I didn't, was told by the Police to go Earl's Court, couldn't find anything there, in the end just got a few beers in the ground. I turned up at Fulham Broadway station hoping to get a drink aswell. I asked the police where the Slug and Lettuce was and apparently its not an away pub anymore. They told me to go to Earls Court so I headed to the stadium.
