Complaint made against my dog

I don't see any empty tins of Pedigree Chum in with that lot!

The monster doesn't even feed his dog, is it any wonder it barks so much.

Do the same thing I did when they sent me a letter telling me I had to take my bin off the street. I had no garden, the only place i could have kept it was actually inside my house, which i refused to do. After a few more angry letters from them they finally sent someone down to my house and realised i didnt actually have anywhere to put it. Havnt heard a word from them since. They always seem to place blame on people before they have actually checked the situation out, if you just ignore them though they'll eventually just turn up at your house, and you can just point and laugh at them.

The people they send out are usually a lot more friendly than the people writing the letters. when i treid to speak to the person who had actually signed the letter all they did was try to argue with me, and ended up launching a torrent of abuse at me down the phone. Best bet is to just ring the council and get them to send somebody out to check the place out asap, otherwise you'll end up getting these letters for ages.

and he makes it sleep on a pile of bottles and cans , the dog is crying out for help dammit !

Maybe the poor, barking dog in question is buried under that pile!

The mystery is solved.

The only workable solution seems to be buying a dog. A noisy dog. Before the police get involved and you're involved with wasting police time.

Now that's blue sky thinking - I like it.

We are always having notices put on our bins. There is the entry that they could go and there is a small front garden between three flats but what annoys me is thst I sometimes put the bins out the way before going out in the day and when I get back they have been moved to the front again. Someone a workman usually using the entry and no one else puts the bin out if I don't. As the bins are shared how will the council know who to fine?

They'll just try and fine everybody involved, the idea of fairness dosnt seem to sit with the people running these departments very well. They just straight up didnt believe me when I told them I didnt have a garden. They even suggested keeping my rubbish in a room in the house i didnt use until bin day every week, and when i asked them if they'd like to keep rubbish bags in their house, they put the phone down on me and i got a letter two days later threatening to fine me if i didnt remove the bin immediatly. The people running these departments really dont have a clue, luckily the poeple they send out to assess these things seem to have a bit more sense.

Had a similar conversation with my brother the other day about the sanctions imposed over my JSA. He said the beaurocrats in the JS departments don't give a shit about my age or my lack of fitness they have to produce figures and I was an wasy figure to reduce so you have to play bytheir rules.

I don't know why no-one moves the bin. I just put one on the path leading to the entry not up to the gate. It might have to be moved a couple of feet for anyone using the entry. There is also a bigger bin which can be left ion the stoney section at the front. It may be filled once every four weeks. I keep forgetting to take my bags down but I only use at the most two per week. The last time stickers were left on the bins it was in the winter and they peeled off when it rained so I never saw them. :P

Wait!.. i think ive got it, all this talk about your girlfriend..barking..and pooping etc. I think the letter has some typo's (its hard to get good help these days)... i think youll find its a complaint about DOGGING and to be fair, if there was persistent DOGGING outside my neighbours house (and i was missing out) i would be complaining too.

So, to resolve this situation, place said girlfriend in car our front of house and let nature take its course
