And Sheff Weds? Behave.

Agreed. I don't want them to be anywhere near the top 10 anyway.

I personally still think Huddersfield will be the strongest from the three promoted teams.

I am loving the surge of optimism

I'm hoping for a slow start ... to liberate a Tenner from DanLCFC!!

Then finish fourth behind Bolton, Blackburn and Blackpool..... and then on a less optimistic day I'd say seventh also behind Cardiff, Boro and leeds.

Now I am feeling even more optimistic Waller good to have you on board (nearly) I know it sounds crazy but out of too many seasons to mention SOME you just get "that feeling" didn't get it last even though I hoped for the late surge. Boy do I have it this one! :chant:

The real fact is, that we are all guessing.

It will take some dozen games to see who looks a quality side, and am am sure there will be a couple of surprises.

Charlton and Wednesday could be two, but as I said, we will have to wait a while yet, to find out.

One thing is for sure, we are in for another very tough season

It never cease to amaze me how folks come onto this site and tell us all 'I think we'll finish 5th or 6th', or 'we'll just about get into the top six', or 'we'll be mid table', or 'we've got no chance of promotion'.

Come on then all you guys who are so negative, I challenge you to name the teams who you think will finish above us. Of course from person to person those 'superior' teams to us will be different, but one thing is certain, we could all have a big laugh, if any of you have got the bollards to do it.

Hence why it's called 'predicting'.

I think the thing is a prediction is something you might make based on some actual evidence but having not even seen the teams play it would be just purely guessing

:) Thanks!! I think I must have picked up your specs by mistake!!!

I've gone from being pessimistic to interested!!! Still think Nigel's biggest challenge is to keep his job in the first 20 games .... If he can stay in touch and get past that point then I think we'll kick on and start to gel....

I had "the feeling" so much last season that I don't think I can have it again for a few seasons yet!!!!! I genuinely thought we'd be top within 5 games last season and stay there the whole time ..... this season 7th by 13 games (with 19 points), 6th by Christmas, and 5th on Valentines day, and 4th finish!!!!!
