Simo86 Posted 20 November 2012 Share Posted 20 November 2012 http://www.lcfc.com/...yth-498282.aspx Young City striker Jacob Blyth has joined npower League 2 side Burton Albion on loan until January. The 20-year-old forward, who joined the Foxes from non-league Leamington last summer, heads to the Pirelli Stadium for his first taste of Football League action and will remain with the Brewers until 12 January. Blyth has been a regular with City’s successful Under-21 side so far this season, scoring six times in 11 appearances in the Professional Development League. Subject to his registration being cleared by the Football League, he could make his debut for Burton tonight (Tuesday), with the Brewers set to host Aldershot Town in npower League 2. Unabomber Posted 20 November 2012 Share Posted 20 November 2012 Good, it will be interesting to see how he does there. It will be much more worthwhile than playing for the development team imo.

Webbo Posted 20 November 2012 Share Posted 20 November 2012 I don't have any inside knowledge, nor have I seen him play but I just have a feeling that Blyth will be a good signing for us.
