I saw this too, Peter suggested referees should receive match bans as punishment when making such poor mistakes. I think he said everyone in the ground could see it wasn't a penalty. Legend

I don't think that was a worse decision, when the ball is moving fast and through a crowd of players it can be difficult to see, however the Forest penalty was right in his eyeline, he was looking right at it.
