Crazy what happened there No, but on your recommendation I'll see if I can get hold of it. Sounds as it's one for Zingari too. He likes a good cover up.

Danno Posted 24 January 2013 Posted 24 January 2013 If they are convicted why leave them waiting for so long? Surely you can make a gas chamber and kill them en masse once they are convicted. Must be a drain on the economy of the US
pSinatra Posted 24 January 2013 Posted 24 January 2013 Featuring Clive Stafford Smith. Excellent documentary. Tragic in every way. Clive Stafford Smith, "it's a sick world"

Must be a drain on the economy of the US One of the major issues I have with the death penalty and its implementation, particularly in the States, is that the condemned can spend 20 years or more on death row before being executed. So you almost get a life sentence and a death sentence. Doesn't sit right.
Rincewind Posted 25 January 2013 Posted 25 January 2013 It also makes it more of a premeditated killing. 20 years in planning. Most murders are spur of the moment domestic killings.

Must be a drain on the economy of the US Because you can continue to appeal and most protest their innocence. If they killed 50 people who were convicted en mass and then found out 2 or 3 of them were actually innocent a bit further down the line, then they'd be fúcked.
