The Venting Thread

This whole Moosey v Spherical v FIF argument isn't half getting tiresome, clogging up random threads and generally annoying every other poster.

If you must bitch at one another continually, leave the thread where one of t'others has posted and use this one. That way nobody can complain because you're using the appropriate forum for your bitching. In addition, we can all ignore this thread and get on with talking LCFC and other issues of interest without having to read homophobic insults and back biting.

Thank you.

You ****.

I don't take that as an insult. Not a good thing....

Every thread improved by a pancake face!

Great idea.

Kind of reminds me of the old days. If you had a dispute with someone, take it into the back room of the pub, scrap it out & come out the best of friends

Too right, I've done that a few times in the past. Problem was it usually ended with me not being able to eat for a week.

Aye, I'll open it up to all posters who have a dispute.

This can be FT's equivalent to 'OI! OUTSIDE NOW!'

Mousedick only has three cards to play. Gay. Lefty. Pancake. It's dull enough as it is wasting mine and your time responding/ reading it. Thanks Bilo for your olive thread, but I'll take a pass.

Might only have 3 cards, but he still gets a rise out of you every time lol.

Besides, I find it all pretty funny. The arguments add a nice break in to some of the threads.

Internet handbags. Just what FT needs more of.

:D

Only in this thread Finners.

You can walk by tutting or enjoy the show with a drink in your hand, just like a ruck outside an estate pub.

You have to admit, it's (slightly) more entertaining than venturing in to the main LCFC forum, surely?

I live in walking distance of the Tudor, Crows Nest and Good Neighbors. That's enough for me.

I've been kicked in in two out of those three, was bizarrely attacked in the Good Neighbours by a guy from behind with a shoe.

Never had a problem in the Crows, always thought it was a cracking pub.

Ah, I love a good rough pubs thread.

The usual reminiscing about the Rocket and the Emmy, etc.

Rocket was decent, in the Kermo sense. Was always packed around 2001 and we used to have some great days boozing in there after a session down the pool club.

I only went in the Empire a couple of times, played pool and the place was empty.

To be fair, in my yoot I wasn't boozing in Leicester. I've been in a couple of fights in the Goose in Wood Green (St Paddys day, lethal with the travellers) and there was a cracking dive called Monaghan's tavern that all the ropey celtic ****ers loved to stew in.

Have only really been in the Neighbours and the Crows a couple of times.

And before London the Woodys was my local. Biggest danger in there was Birch breathing on a naked flame.
