Anyway, was a good ppv, Punk/Ryback rivalry now then, "can Punk get his hands on Heyman!?" storyline. Good main event though, really enjoyed it! Marked out when Bryan won

With possibly AVB getting it back again at Hell in a cell. Bryan getting screwed again for the title. You heard it hear first!

Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 7 October 2013 Posted 7 October 2013 Havent seen it yet but sounded crap especially the ending, not liking this Big Show storyline anyway. Knew Punk would win, said he would take out Axel which he did, then Ryback then Paul Heyman. Really hope the storyline does end soon probably at HIAC it will but not sure who he will face. RVD was always going to lose, as he only has a 90 day contract apparently and its being reviewed I've heard. The WHC is embarrasssing now though, was much better 6+ years ago when both titles really meant something. TBH i think it has suffered in the brands effectively joining. Was much better in general when RAW and Smackdown! had its set people. Although the quality of wrestlers has suffered in those years.
Libertine Posted 7 October 2013 Posted 7 October 2013 Would be pissed off if I was a Yank and had ordered that. Awful ending, was worthy of an episode of Raw at best. Especially as it was the first "Battleground", you'd expect something better than that. Rhodes match was great though.
Jace Posted 7 October 2013 Posted 7 October 2013 I fear that main event could spell the beginning of the end for the WWE I don't think I would ever buy a PPV again now unless it was the rumble or wrestlemania.
