I did wonder, but the same thing happened to me and couldn't see results until I turned off my script blocker thing. I'd come to the conclusion that only the 'or else' part was a joke!

I think the question said are you willing to "step over" other people to get ahead. Now for me, stepping over someone doesn't imply any moral wrong doing. The fact is that almost everything worth having in life is going to create some competition - for me that question basically says "are you willing to compete with others in order to reach your goals?" Anyone who says no to that is just scared of losing, hence a pussy.
