With it being America it's lovely and awkward so I need to know beforehand how many people want in. There will be a live online draft so if you could also confirm if you'd be available online around 7pm on a weekday night in your reply please. This will be set up on NFL.com which looks like the easiest to use for novices like me.

General Smuts Posted 14 August 2013 Author Posted 14 August 2013 I didn't get how the hell it worked last time so I'll give it a miss this time It's hardly rocket science on this site - you get a list of all the NFL offensive players - split by position - and you choose 1 Quarterback, 2 Running Backs, 2 Wide Recievers, 1 Running Back or Wide Receiver (dealers choice), 1 Kicker and 1 Teams Defence. You also get 6 Bench slots to fill however you like. Once a player gets picked no one else can pick him, so only one player can get points for him. It's the equivalent of doing fantasy football for the Premier League with only one person getting points for RVP, Bale, John O'Shea etc. The site gives you a projection of what they think they could get points wise in 2013 and what they got in 2012 which would help out novices like me.

There's nothing more irritating while watching a football game than to be in the company of people that obsess about their fantasy teams (which is about 95% of the country now ).I'll check back at the end of the weekend--if you haven't filled up by then and need an extra player, I'll consider being a pal and signing up.
