sphericalfox Posted 13 October 2013 Posted 13 October 2013 I'd prefer it if he was a bit taller and not as shit. ...wish he was a baller...you wish he had a girl who looked good...you would call her?
Bettsj2 Posted 13 October 2013 Posted 13 October 2013 Here we go again! Nuge and Kasoer last week, St Ledger this week. It would be easier for plebs on here to just cut and paste from their posts (If they are capable?) and then just insert the latest player scapegoat each week. The bottom line is that Kasper, Nuge, Wes will all be gone this season unless we get promotion or there's a change of management. Then you will all be moaning about this. It's becoming boring........yawn! Hard boiled eggs with salt whilst watching The Pursuit of Happiness starring Will Smith. A good performance by Smith and some would say his finest acting in his career. Personally, I thought the film simplified the hardship that Smiths character went through and instead fastracked to the dull happy ending. I'm not sure if this role really suits Smith. Perhaps he should stick to the fluffy roles that MIB or Wild Wild West gave him. Either way, the eggs were good and the cheese sandwich that followed really hit the spot.
Leicesterpool Posted 13 October 2013 Posted 13 October 2013 St Ledger is a good championship defender, if you look back at his two years at club he's only really been dropped once and that was because of an error against Bristol City in August 2011, in January 2012 he managed to break back into the team and for a while built a strong partnership with Wes Morgan, keeping mills out of the team. He once again managed to secure his place in the back four at start of the 2012 and 13 despite Zak Whitbread being brought in, he then picked up a long injury what put him back and Michael Keane was brought in and managed to keep his place. St Ledger simply couldn't break back into the game, until the start of this season and once again it appeared to be going well until he picked up another injury. It just proves how unlucky the lad is, it's just the injuries that are letting him down.

This is either a massive whooooosh on my part or you've posted in the wrong thread St. Ledger's ability isn't the problem, it's the wages.
deep blue Posted 13 October 2013 Posted 13 October 2013 Don't understand the hate for SSL. Ok, he has made what, one or two mistakes in the past? I think that many fans, rightly or wrongly, have picked up the impression that his motive in wanting to play in the first team is to further his international pretensions rather than to be part of a winning team for the club.
