LCFC FOX Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 Jobber and his drum will be in H1 for the Man City game. Will be the singing section if anyone didn't know!
Voll Blau Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 The whole ground should be "the singing section" for this game.
lestajigs Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 Think k block, and j3 will be good for this game
LCFC FOX Posted 1 November 2013 Author Posted 1 November 2013 The whole ground should be "the singing section" for this game. Too true! I rephrase it to where the atmosphere starts then
Voll Blau Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 Too true! I rephrase it to where the atmosphere starts then Should be good, nearer the Kop. Better chance of everyone singing from the same song sheet.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 At least it'll persuade some to head in that direction rather than the block I'm heading in.
Guest Bilo Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 The whole ground should be "the singing section" for this game. Spot on. If our fans can't get up for our first League Cup quarter-final in thirteen years against last season's Premier League runners-up, there's something wrong.
Lukey Boi Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 Should be good, nearer the Kop. Better chance of everyone singing from the same song sheet. Couldn't agree more. H1 seems crazy, too far away from Man City fans IMO
Lukey Boi Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 We need confetti and flags etc for this too. That's just tinpot
Lobsterboyuk Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 get in! I'm on the edge of K so I'll be right next to the away fans
Wagstff Posted 1 November 2013 Posted 1 November 2013 Jobber and his drum will be in H1 for the Man City game. Will be the singing section if anyone didn't know! where has it been said this will be the "singing section"?
Guest Bilo Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 I'm afraid it is. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vC7SgRdRu5U
jammie82uk Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vC7SgRdRu5U I remember this match well but for different reasons as I was working for the club and the Atletico fans was some of the worse and most dangerous fans I had seen, trying to attack staff in the kiosks, setting off flares in the enclosed kiosk, I'll always remember the terrified shouting over the radio from the staff inside the kiosk
Guest Bilo Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 Are you sure that was Atletico fans and not Red Star? I remember Red Star's first goal basically came about because the smoke from their flares blinded Tim Flowers.

Kitchandro Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 Wait...so H is the closest block to the away fans? So Man City will be in L, K and J? That can't be right.
Guest Bilo Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 Wait...so H is the closest block to the away fans? So Man City will be in L, K and J? That can't be right. Tickets are being sold in K, £20. I presume the drum is going in H1 because that's where the SSN presenters stand when giving match reports for ordinary games, but we'll almost certainly get the game covered in the studio on the night. There's no drum stand in K, although that's where most of the L1ers will go. So we could potentially have K, J and H all singing along with a few in the Kop.
Ian W LCFC Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 Yesss, this is great. I sit in G2 so will be in the middle of the KOP and H1! The whole of the East aStand and The Kop should be quality to be fair! Can't wait for this!

Will probably try and go in K myself (£15 for me cos I'm U22 ) I was in there right next to their fans for the FA Cup game and it was one of the best atmosphere's I've been involved in.
JonnyBoy Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 last time i blew up balloons pre match v Watford in SK1 i was getting funny looks and people were popping them behind me when i let them go. Won't be doing it again
