I also don't think a grown man can be really that stupid that he thinks Wales borders Russia. I was thinking this earlier today. Didn't his mates say his watch was worth about 7 grand? And he can't tell the time? It's a sad indictment of the state of things when such a knob can be paid so handsomely. Image over substance comes to mind.
