In all seriousness, I emailed them a few days ago to lose my "Sir" (New Year, newly humble) and a nice man named Mark (the boss, I think) sorted it out for me....

BUT, I've changed my mind, gonna stick with the Llama for now. May as well drop Mark a line to tell him to fvck off though.
