Father Ted Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 That doesn't include the penalties that Vardy, Knockaert and King have won (not sure if Lloyd has won one). Surely we should be including them if we're including the penalties Nugent has scored...

I bet Drinkwater has a lot of "assists of assists" (2nd last pass before a goal) and "preventions of opposing assists" (tackling / intervening to prevent an opponent playing a killer pass).....can't put my hand on any official stats though.

I'd like to add that the "attack down the right" claim is made a mockery of on that very page where just 2pp separates the left and right sides when represented as a percentage of our total attacks.
Haydos Posted 15 January 2014 Posted 15 January 2014 I've always thought you should get an assist for winning a penalty, it's more of an assist than an assist is, you've just given someone a free goal.

You get the assist on fantasy football... I never realised it wasn't counted as an official assist...
