Fox 4 Life Posted 10 August 2005 Posted 10 August 2005 Gervais used to live down the road from me! Its his mums house!! Friends with his niece and nephew! His brother is seriously funny aswell! Met him a few times and he is fucing hilarious in person, he is surreal, literally everything he says is sarcastic but in a funny way!
Guest Posted 10 August 2005 Posted 10 August 2005 I think Peter Kay seems more naturally funny, whereas Gervais can at times be contrived. I do find Gervais funny though, his observational side, The Office and all that, is great.

Also he has a selection of voices and facial expressions making him one of the funniest comedians around for me.
