sylofox Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 I think our current web site is a peach. I went on it the other week to get the club number. Dialed the number to get a msg our number has changed to 08 whatever it is. Then it put me through to the ticket office which I wanted. Said to the girl would it not be a good idea to put the correct number on the web site and she agreed. Then told me she would talk to the relevant person straight after our call. 5 days later it still had the old number on it. Total fvcking joke imo.

MajorDanby Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 I donk know the name of the 3rd party that designed the format of the majority of the Clubs' websites (and foxes player and it's equivalent throughout the league) but they are terrible. The player side of things in particular is dire. I can't remember an effective update for years, the video quality is still terrible and there is never any consistency in how things are uploaded. Don't get me started on the ticketing side of things. It's like this web company have managed to get their monopoly and can't be arsed to improve their services. It's pretty abismil if I'm honest. The club or the company really need to get it sorted

The club or the company really need to get it sorted It must've been after one of the fans meetings at the end of last year that there were talks about changing to a different layout (akin to the Fulham FC one).
