Forest Moved to 18th February as expected - NO!

I wasn't adamant it was going to be Tuesday, what I said was that we had agreed with them already that it would be the Tuesday and therefore we were under no obligation to accept a change in date should they ask for one.

Wasn't having a dig at you though it does look like that. I was just wondering if we weren't under any obligation to change the date and it already had been agreed, who has changed it?

No problem. I don't know for certain but assume Forest would have appealed to our better nature given their fixture congestion, and we've agreed change it as it doesn't have a huge impact on us, just one day less recovery for the match the following weekend.

Still seems like it's up in the air though as it's been taken off our website now!

Leicester v Yeovil cannot be moved to February 15th as it would mean...

Watford H

Yeovil H

Nottm Forest A

Ipswich H

Charlton H

There's a rule meaning that over five games you must have either 3 home games and 2 aways, or 2 home games and 3 aways. With that being 4 homes and 1 away, you can't have it.

Which makes me wonder Mrs B, as in earlier post ,why didn't we try to negotiate extra tickets?

Why not pay on the gate!? I think Yeovil's average away support is around 500ish?

Also if you think if it aswell both Sheffield United and Forest have had to make quick changes in short notice! So it can be done?

The police have to have a certain amount of notice as well. Not sure how long. But I can pretty much say this won't happen.

Why couldn't Leicester refuse to play on the Wednesday? now we are giving Forest an extra day recovery and taking one away from ourself for our weekend fixture. Joke.

It has now been confirmed that Leicester City’s Sky Bet Championship fixture against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground has been moved to Wednesday 19 February (KO 7.45pm).

All 2,002 tickets issued have now been sold to Foxes fans and while the Club appreciate that demand is high for this fixture, there is no possibility of securing any further tickets and Forest have reiterated that there will be no tickets available for visiting supporters to purchase on the night.
