bald reynard Posted 12 March 2014 Posted 12 March 2014 The 'Younger Pearson' is making his debut at Right Back for Carlisle, against Sheffield United tonight. I haven't seen his Loan move reported anywhere else.

bald reynard Posted 12 March 2014 Author Posted 12 March 2014 was on the BBC website I meant I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere on FT. It's a good opportunity for him. Carlisle are likely to play him in most matches 'til the end of the season. His Dad was Manager there, when they avoided the drop to the Conference through that injury time Jimmy Glass (Goalkeeper) goal.
bald reynard Posted 12 March 2014 Author Posted 12 March 2014 How's he done? They were 0-1 down last I looked (Pearson had played the full match up to then) - but that's not bad, given Sheffields' recent record.
bald reynard Posted 12 March 2014 Author Posted 12 March 2014 Sent off for a headbutt in the 90th min. No ! It finished 0-1. Pearson played the full 90 minutes (plus 6 mins injury time).
MattGamble92 Posted 12 March 2014 Posted 12 March 2014 Find it strange that we have a 21 year old on our books who was let go by Scunthorpe, who isnt even close to breaking through. Jobs for the boys if you ask me
Unabomber Posted 12 March 2014 Posted 12 March 2014 No ! It finished 0-1. Pearson played the full 96 minutes. My sources aren't as legit as I thought.
bald reynard Posted 12 March 2014 Author Posted 12 March 2014 My sources aren't as legit as I thought. Dodgy sources - probably a Forest or Scunthorpe fan (or MattGamble92) !
Mark_w Posted 12 March 2014 Posted 12 March 2014 My sources aren't as legit as I thought. Don't worry about it, you were just passing on what you've been told. I still think you're in the know.
Unabomber Posted 12 March 2014 Posted 12 March 2014 Don't worry about it, you were just passing on what you've been told. I still think you're in the know. I'm so far in the know I can't get out.
bald reynard Posted 12 March 2014 Author Posted 12 March 2014 I meant I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere on FT. Just spotted that Happy Fox had reported it yesterday, on the U21/Development squad page. He also made the good point that the loan might weaken the U21 squad at an important time - I hope not, they're going well now. Good for James Perason himself though (and potentially for his Dad and the First Team squad) - experience in League 1 is good.
