The world cup ball

[MPH]

Does anyone know anything about the football they are using this year? Either all the keepers have gone crap or something, or it's designed to move direction. Or something.

Just seems odd to see so many GK handling errors....

The last one was 'too round' so they've amended that .

Brazuca is what it is this year.

It's got features like a golf ball - the indentations all around it as opposed to being completely smooth.

Seem to remember reading before the tournament that the ball was very well received and the players were happy with it. To be honest, some of the goalkeeping errors have been inexcusable.

This 1 is not meant to move around like the previous 1

Played with one, seems a pretty standard ball to me.

Handling errors have been down to shit goal keeping not the ball.

Always find it strange that nobody ever talks about the football apart from when it's the World Cup.

It's never the players' fault.

Well they usually design a ball especially for the world cup...

... a ball which is also being used in league games around the globe before the World Cup.

They also design a ball especially for the Premier League, Serie A, La Liga, The Bundesliga, The Championship, Ligue 1....
