Got in from work today at about 5pm and it had been delivered, opened it to find they have sent me an Xbox One copy. The slip in the package says PS4, as does the order number on my account. Rang immediately but they are only available to contact Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Idiots.

FrankieADZ Posted 31 October 2014 Posted 31 October 2014 had this happen to me with GAME a few years back got a 360 game instead of a PS3 one....got a refund in the end. as LIB said....be carefully when ordering from SimplyGames they do sell "not for sale in the UK" region 2 copies. there not bad other than that tbh,

Marmite Posted 2 November 2014 Posted 2 November 2014 Ordered Advanced Warfare from them on Friday at 15.30 and had an email at 4pm saying it was dispatched. It turned up yesterday morning at 9am. Can't grumble at that, the game is not out until Tuesday as it was the standard edition

I had an email response today, they want me to post it them back and then they'll send a PS4 copy and refund the postage. We'll see. Personally I think they should give me a discount or maybe a voucher for having to piss about with this inconvenience. Gonna have to rush home from work to get the game then rush to the Post Office before it closes. I've ordered around 40 games from Amazon before and they've never made a mistake, plus they now offer first class delivery free rather than the 3-5 days super saver they used to do. Only stopped because they were avoiding tax and didn't want to support them because of that. I'm going back to them now.
Neil_LCFC Posted 3 November 2014 Posted 3 November 2014 Used them a bit for steam keys and Origin keys which all worked fine. Also bought a 12 month xbox live key which was cheap and redeemed no problem. Never ordered a physical game from them tho.

Every company will mix up an order or make some sort of a mistake occasionally, the only 2 times I've had problems ordering online were with the biggest company around.
