Drinkwater/King/James - Cambiasso/Hammond Ignoring AFCON, I still think we need another wide player. With Mahrez and Schlupp going on a glorified holiday we could do with maybe loaning another winger. Mahrez/ New Winger - Schlupp/Knockeart/New Winger Another necessity is a ST. A mobile forward with a bit of pace and who can finish. Ulloa - New STSo: - CB - LB - Winger - Winger/Versatile Forward - ST

Difference between Mahrez and Knocky is that Mahrez is weak he needs to get in the gym and beef up would do him and us massive favours. Just look at Sterling small but a bitch to play against because he can stay on his feet!!!

If we had cut out even half of the stupid mistakes made then we might have been 10 points better off, irrespective of our paucity of goals. Our strike force may not be clinical enough, but Spurs game showed we can create enough chances, and lack of confidence affects strikers more than anyone else. In other words, once we start to get a few points I could see an improvement in our goals return, with the same set of forwards that we already have. So - how to improve the defence? For me, priority number one is a LB (my original solution was to stick Jeff there, but that would deplete us too much up front), and priority number two is a CB.

Saying that I'd bring in 6 quality players to strengthen the squad Must have by the end of Jan Quality Centre Back Left Back Defensive midfielder Nice to haves are 2 Additional quality midfielders (schlupp was great in the last game but ran himself into the ground in the last 20 we need player to rotate and come in to do a job if they get injured or we need to see a game out) 1 quality striker like Benteke would be awesome next to Ulloa. a style similar to Vardy so we can rotate if neccessary

If you honestly don't believe Mahrez is capable of playing at this level for the rest of his career, then I seriously have worries about what you have been watching. Lamela cost spurs £30 million. And Mahrez has looked more threatening in every single game his has played this season than lamela did yesterday. HE is shutting me up today !!!!!
