Anyone fancy charging/fining Matt Lowton for being from Derbyshire and for generally acting like a bit of a twat near the tunnel when James was sent off?

All kicked off for no reason really. Red card for James, leave it at that. But no Clarke comes steaming in like an idiot and chases James after both getting sent off.

villa fined £60k

Aston Villa have been fined £60,000 for failing to control their players during their match with Leicester.

Villa had defender Ciaran Clark sent off for a second bookable offence following the incident in injury-time, which was instigated by a Matty James lunge, with the midfielder also being dismissed.

What about Villa?

Justice is done - fined £60k.

From the BBC:

Aston Villa are fined £60,000 and warned as to their future conduct by the Football Association, after the club admitted failing to ensure its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from proactive behaviour.

It follows an incident which occurred during added time at the end of the game against Leicester City on 10 January.
