Why are you obsessed with pass completion? His average completed pass length is 21 metres. (backpasses). There is more to football and certainly more to defending than 'pass completion'. Dual I believe is a mixture of everything throughout the whole game V whoever his opponent is. -28 speaks for itself, especially when in comparrison Wes is on 400 or so. I think Konchesky was massively underrated in the last 2 seasons because the faults he does have, like lack of pace and sometimes poor ball retention are far more evident to the less educated football fan, where far more fundamental problems like positioning are left without criticism on here. Wes Morgan and Liam Moore have both looked more out of depth than Konchesky. Both have had poor positioning, leading to countless amounts of our goals. Certainly far more than Konch. Same could be said for De Laet earlier in the season when he was being skinned by just about everyone while Konch displayed great experience to put in some very sturdy displays He isn't great. None of our players have been this season. But some of you really lack footballing knowledge

That's fair enough and I agree we need a new left back but if we are talking about what else we need we would be here for hours. My point is where is the threads on other players who have looked far worse? I'm not looking for us to start up threads on players because I hate it and get behind everyone but there wouldn't be a thread opened on Liam Moore failing to adapt actually unbelievably bad in his games, so why koncheksy

Konchesky starts every game. Plenty of others below par but most pay for it by getting dropped or swapped out. Konchesky persistantly poor where as most others have up's and downs. Don't panic, I could pick out several players in our starting line up who are dogbob.

We are going to be playing with our backs the wall for the most part and at the end of the day we will need an experienced Premier League defender at left back. Remember how good he looked in the first 5 games this season?

How very intelligent of you. Unfortunately this working mens game of our has outpriced me. I go where I can, when I can but unfortunately times are tough. Very insightful of you though. PS. The view is better on TV and the game/players far more easy to analyse
