Benji Posted 4 February 2015 Posted 4 February 2015 Next you'll have to prove that your arm was up for it before having a shuffle If you are having sex with an arm that you think might falsely accuse you of rape I'd suggest you need to take a bit of a look at your lifestyle.
Jordan Posted 4 February 2015 Posted 4 February 2015 Literally didn't go back with a bird on Thursday for fear of being Ched Evans'd. This is life-changing and not in a good way.If you were considering doing what Ched Evans did but your better senses took over, then all this has already had a profoundly positive effect on your life.
Guest MattP Posted 4 February 2015 Posted 4 February 2015 You weren't in Champagne Bar Saturday were you? Someone in there said the same thing to my mate about being fearful of being 'Ched Evans'd'.
walkerleeds Posted 5 February 2015 Posted 5 February 2015 No, but it'll become a universal term for someone in that situation for sure. It was at a really, really dingey club in Manchester. Decided to go out as our flight got cancelled from there!
Leeds Fox Posted 6 February 2015 Posted 6 February 2015 I'm not sure about anyone else, but when does the word 'Yes' come into having sex. Surely if it's not a 'no', it's a yes? And if it's a no, it should be quite obvious.
Leeds Fox Posted 6 February 2015 Posted 6 February 2015 What if you shout 'surprise' first? It's posts like this that make me wonder about the human race! I mean, this is a serious subject, and you're making a mockery of it! Of course shouting surprise is classed as consent. Why ask stupid, pointless questions?
Captain... Posted 6 February 2015 Posted 6 February 2015 Literally didn't go back with a bird on Thursday for fear of being Ched Evans'd. This is life-changing and not in a good way. To be honest I think that is one good thing to come out of all this, that lads are more aware that their behaviour could have serious consequences. In all honesty if you had gone back with that bird then it would be most likely an unsatisfactory fumble and an awkward morning, but by raising the profile of the Evans case lads will be more aware of what they are doing and more aware of how drunk the lady is. If it means less women being taken advantage of when drunk then something good can come out of it.
