Its not exactly much fun scrapping for an occasional point week in week out and feeling depressed when we get beaten. Premier League football is the most overrated thing in the world. Being in the prem is 10x better than being in the championship at least. Playing Brentford etc... is not the same as man utd by any stretch. If we don,t win the championship,do you want to try div 1.?

This succeeded in being both astute and funny! Thanks! I know the season's not over if we fail to beat Palace but really, with the fixtures immediately following, Saturday has to be a victory or a superb draw at the very least. Really can't see us coming back from a home defeat next Saturday

I hate this argument. Imagine the PL as a fine wine. If you have the cheap range everyday it loses its value after a while, but to have the finer stuff once every so often its much more rewarding.

Staying in the Premiership is like making love to a beautiful woman. You have to spend wisely, start strong and make sure you don't peak too early.

roger the dodger Posted 1 February 2015 Posted 1 February 2015 I don't think we will get relegated if only because I think we are better than QPR, Hull, Villa and Burnley. We need to beat Palace next weekend and pick up a point against Everton after we beat Villa in the Cup. I'm still confident we will be playing Premier League football next season. i.am not
