Rincewind Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 Big brother is watching you. He was only protesting about a youth club closure. Did the anti-terror police need to get involved? http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/boy-12-hauled-out-class-268999#ICID=sharebar_facebook
Benji Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 I'm glad I don't live in Leicester anymore - I often felt like I was living about four years behind the times.
Darkon84 Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 Really? Bit desperate today for something to bash Cameron with are we?
Guest Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 Really? Bit desperate today for something to bash Cameron with are we? I doubt Ken's read past the headline to see the date of the article.
Fox92 Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 I do agree this is stupid but this was four years ago now.
Rincewind Posted 2 February 2015 Author Posted 2 February 2015 He was only protesting there because Cameron happens to be MP for that area. He was thinking about the youth club not politics. I did read it all actually. Never noticed the date but I have no doubt cuts to this kind of service is still going on. Would be nice to think his protest had an impact and saved the club.

Guest Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 He was only protesting there because Cameron happens to be MP for that area. He was thinking about the youth club not politics. Right. And the fact that it happened 4 years ago?
BrokenRecord Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 Right. And the fact that it happened 4 years ago? Guess it's okay for anti-terror police to bully 12 year olds then. Good day at the office for those guys, there could have been a massacre!
Guest Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 Guess it's okay for anti-terror police to bully 12 year olds then. Good day at the office for those guys, there could have been a massacre! Yeah that's exactly what I meant when I said 'right' you plank.
Itsthejoeker Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 This was only a couple of days after the student riots in London. People were finding any excuse back then to latch onto a cause to create trouble and violence, particularly towards to government.
BrokenRecord Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 Yeah that's exactly what I meant when I said 'right' you plank. My apologies, I took the "Right" as sarcasm.

AndWhat? Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 The lads 16 now, probably couldn't give a **** about the youth club.
MooseBreath Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 I bet he's practically unrecognisable by now. I imagine him as a troubled youth, all dark shadows and cigarettes.
ADK Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 I bet he's practically unrecognisable by now. I imagine him as a troubled youth, all dark shadows and cigarettes. Nope, still running the country unfortunately.
Tielemans63 Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 Nope, still running the country unfortunately.
Benji Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 http://www.theguardian.com/uk/2010/dec/16/police-apology-questioning-schoolboy-protest Apologies followed and mum's happy. Thanks Google.
Snooty Fox Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 Fvck me the left really scrape the barrel don't they. Shall we find a link to Bigotgate in response?
Guest Bilo Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 Anyone heard about Thatcher stopping free milk? Next they'll be outlawing corporal punishment.
FoxesAreBlue Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 This was only a couple of days after the student riots in London. Itsthejoeker Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 Weren't the riots in 2011? This article is from 2010. Nope, 2010. November through to December.
FoxesAreBlue Posted 2 February 2015 Posted 2 February 2015 Nope, 2010. November through to December. Ah you are indeed correct, the "tuition fee riots". I was thinking of the "cuts/grabatelly riots"
