Manwell Pablo Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 If your not going to Glanford park and intend on watching the game on Sky please remember that the game clashes with Aston Villa (quite well supported in parts of the county) V Manchester United (quite well supported in any county) So if your inted on going to the pub to watch it I would find out which game they're showing before hand. I would think those in the City will be alright. Countys a different matter though.
Raj Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 I've only got Freeview so can i come round someones to watch it! Dont all rush to offer at once!
Stevosevic Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 Cheers, anyone know a decent place in Loughborough that will be showing it?
Milky Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 They aren't going to show it in Nottingham then! Probably wouldn't anyway.
Floating Fox Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 I've only got Freeview so can i come round someones to watch it! Dont all rush to offer at once! Go to the game. You part-time, prawn eating, west stander.

shrood Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 Yeah this is a bit of a problem for us heads not living in Leicester. If you live in a town/city with one of those shite boozers from the Sports Bar chain check that out though, they've got a fook load of screens and usually show lower league matches even when there's a bigger game on. Went with my mate to watch a conference game there once even though champions league was on at the same time.
Guest Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 Hmmm... doubt there's anywhere in Leamington or Coventry that might be showing it. The Jaguar sports and social were showing the Championship game the other week if that helps.
Joe. Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 Go to the game. You part-time, prawn eating, west stander. Are you calling aomebody a part-timer?!
Webbo Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 HMMM not sure what to do now. I was going to Skeg Friday night and then upto S****horpe on Saturday(even though S****horpe is nearer to leicester than Skeg) .Then Saturday night I realised that I'd miss the rugby final if I went so I decided to watch City in a pub in Skeg. Now you say it might not be on.

None of this motorways business for us, oh no!! (Unless you happen to around S****horpe)
crisp monster Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 after Pabs earlier post re our game clashing with Villa v Utd , it looks like i'm going to struggle to see it the problem is, i'm taking my little cherubs to some holiday park in Gt Yarmouth for the weekend (one of those cheapo Sun holidays ) it'll be full of Utd fans anyone on this site know of any places where i might get a chance to see it? (in Yarmouth of course) i'm gutted because i had his nice little plan of watching the mighty Foxes chalk up another stunning away win and follow it up with watching England retain their World crown all with beer as well
Webbo Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 Go to the game Futter Someone's getting me a ticket on Thursday, if there's any left. So it's all in the lap of the gods now.
Geo V Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 If anyone wants to know how to watch the game on Sky on their PC`s, then PM me and I`ll let you know. You needn't go to dodgy pubs to see the game!
placidcasual Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 For those of us in North America. The game is live on Setanta and is also available on Setanta broadband.

Joe. Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 I presume this involves payment. If so how much? Payment?! Geo's a right dodgy one, it can't involve payment
Geo V Posted 15 October 2007 Posted 15 October 2007 Payment?!Geo's a right dodgy one, it can't involve payment spot on. I have all the SS channels and Setanta so I dont use the links but they work well enough from a PC and is a god send for City fans without access to the game. Lets be honest, the whole rip off that us fans have to suffer these days from cost of football to having to pay money to listen to the match on radio is crazy! Thieving sods! http://www.football4less.com/streams/tvants.html - Follow the links, simple enough! Hopefully I have helped convince myself that its OK to use the links after that disaster of a speech about being ripped off above
