Im trying to find a local retail store/shop thats available & so far all ive found in Google & Leicester Mercury etc is homes or national business finding sites that don't have nothing in Hinckley & not much in Leicester Any help appreciated cheers for reading

Thracian Posted 16 October 2007 Posted 16 October 2007 Does it have to be in Leicestershire? Last time I went down that route I bought a place in Stoke-on-Trent. Prices were much lower than in Leicestershire and it turned out fine. Finishing of the D-Road alterations has made driving across the City much easier. Louis Taylors and Butters John Bee are the people to contact - or get a commercial property supplement from the Stoke Sentinel. Would the Leicester Mercury not also do such a supplement if it has to be local property you want? The other thing - which is how I got mine - is to just go round. Pick the place you fancy and ask if they want to sell it. It's amazing how many commercial ventures are on their uppers but the owners don't want to advertise the fact.
