Knighton Matt Posted 1 May 2005 Posted 1 May 2005 well leicester didn't announce there was to be a minute's silence so the sunderland fans didn't realise and were chanting as you do before kick off. as they realised they were quieting down before someone with the brain the size of a mollusc shouts F**k off you geordie bastards! now trust me i live in newcastle and to be called a geordie bastard is equivalent to me calling u a sheep shagging bastard derby fan and telling you i'd shagged ur sister on top of this insult. sunderland fans react as anyone would, minutes silence is spoilt, sunderland fans get the blame. if that d**khead in L1 had kept his mouth shut instead of opening his mouth and pouring petrol on the proverbial bonfire (and incidentally himself disrespecting the minutes silence and therfore bringing himself down to the same level as these people that were so infuriating him) then we would have got close to the minute's silence deserved for such a true leicester legend. overall the club and this one guy were mostly to blame cos from where i was sitting the sunderland fans didn't do a hell of a lot wrong apart from maybe react to an insult but i'm sure mancy city fans would have done the same. there we go rant over.

I was sickened by what some of your so called fans san and i certainly made my thoughts clear and thankfully i think the group of 50 or so were taught a lesson,they shit themselves and left 5 minutes early ,all of them! Although i know a lot were young lads there werre some grown men who should be ashamed especially the one leading the singing. As for the bottles and coins they got what they deserved im afraid.

The lads who were murdered were well known and well respected ,it makes our blood boil to think people can take the piss about somethign like that and i apologise on behalf of the coin/bottle throwers if it hit anyone innocent but i hope to god the ****ers who were singing got hit. As for the munich songs i agree we are let down by a majority about that and it is shamefull to our club ,however although two tragedies i think that with two fans dieing it is taken with a differnt view to that of players,as in it was seen the lads who were murdred were one of us . Not sure whether that makes sense and im certainly not saying that the singing of munich songs is right!! All the best next season but i expect that if any of you do come up to Leeds your carefull because revenge has already been talked about im afraid

The turkish chant was shocking as well though.
