Not sure I remember that but hey ho. 10 to go, win 8 and we are up and that's with Leeds and Ipswich both winning all there games (which they won't) Would rather be in our position that anyone else's.
-
Leeds we lucky according to a few mates that were there. Long way to go, going to be exciting that's for sure.
-
That's the thing that is frustrating for me, the squad stepped up against Bournemouth but we hardly used them this week which just feels odd.
-
Not sure many called him that ? Russell Martin yes. But I don't recall anyone calling McKenna that?
-
Hull are also 11th in the form table at home (no way near as good as they are away) and we are top in the away form table. Will be a good game and yes we have to play better than we have this week so far.
-
Hate to say it but we need Cov to keep winning. They play a massive part in the promotion race, they still have to play Southampton, Leeds and Ipswich.
-
Guess it's the joy of a open forum but the chances we missed were more than half chances we should have been out of site against Leeds and should have turned it around against Middlesbrough. Not sure Hull had our number either in the first game but was a long time ago.... Look it's the reason we all love football, it's tough when you're involved as a fan but it's been one hell of a season and there is a lot of twists to go.
-
Should have beat Leeds, should have beat Middlesbrough, agree about QPR though. Hardly pathetic, it's just football. It will be a tough game i agree but having Vesty and Wilf back could make a huge difference.

Just don't watch then, there is more to life than football. He won't be here for ever. Go take up a different hobby. We play some unbelievable football and we are a joy to watch. You only have to go back ONE WEEK to see this against Bournemouth. Odd -

for future reference, skysports.com / football / more / live on sky and it will tell you if its on or not. This isnt me trying to be sarcastic Sky dont really make it that easy to find games they are showing on the red button for some reason. -
Sales have gone up but market share has come down, basically saying its expensive and people are looking to save money with the discounters. Discounters love a cost of living crisis as you can see!
-
just to play devils advocate a second... The funding stopped the issues started as soon as covid hit. KP had their main revenue source ripped away from them. I imagine holding onto the business its self was priority one. We have made huge mistakes with contracts and mis management over the past 4 years and its now coming to bite us. I am obviously like all of the fans should be in debt to Top. Vichai and King Power as i never would have believed we would have been where we were but its time to start looking at the inside and call out hose that handed out these contracts, sanctioned the signings and hold make sure it doesn't happen again. The next 2 years are an interesting time for the club.
-
They won't. They will still be about as they are still growing just not as much as the others around them. The worst thing that will happen is they lose more market share and slowly start to close stores or sell off their assets. The traditional big 3 tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda are so powerful they own ridiculous amount of land in the UK too.
-
Without boring you with all the details, Asda are on a massive decline. Their ownership feels like a football club that's been promised the big time but it actually turns out they are dodgy AF and have little funds compared to the others. I was at their supplier conference last year and they have been given a hard stop date by Walmart where Walmart will basically switch off their systems. That date is in April. They have had to implement new systems, new ordering, new financial control and they are about a year from getting it right. They will either fall off a cliff in the next 12 months or turn it around there will be no middle ground.
-
Correct. But has to be in an acca obviously. It is a bit mad (and not surprised no other firm have followed them) but obviously you still have to get the rest right.
-
Have a look at teams concede early / teams that score early. But really it is just chance, look at a match where a team is 8/1+ and then load the Acca with odds on teams and hope it comes in.
-
Anyone playing Southampton! They concede so many early goals.
-
Sky trying to work out when we can / will win the league
-
We get 3 wins in a row before it I think we will go full strength
-
IF we get to the final against Liverpool or Man city and lose would we get into Europe ?
-
Wouldn't be so sure about Saturday. Short turn around, local derby missing a few players. Definitely not an easy game
-
He is a very good player to be fair, would be surprised if he is still at Leeds next year. commentators always love it when players are from a 'football family'
-
True, probably £40+
-
London away day or revenge against Leeds Can't complain
