Watford (a) Post-Match Thread (2-1 defeat)
chris_lcfc_85 replied to MC Prussian's topic in Leicester City Forum
Listen mate I ain't defending Kings performance. He was as poor as alot of them but he seems to be getting the bulk of the slack again which is unfair. What the hell was dragovic and Schmeichel doing for the second goal, oh dear! -

King shouldn't be in the side and we all know that but constantly scapegoating him is ridiculous. Was it his fault on the two goals we conceded, was it his fault Chilwell had a shocker, was it his fault slimani did nothing when he came on. The answers are no -
This forum is simply embarrassing at times. No doubt kasper made an error today along with odd others that arent as high profile but jesus get a grip, I'd seriously be careful what you wish for

Poor performance unfortunately and I felt we looked a tad tired. We can look at individuals and debate all day long but ultimately our set piece defending has cost us today. Watford haven't had to work hard to beat us and that must change as it's happening regularly -
I just completed this quiz. My Score 70/100 My Time 71 seconds

Not denying we spent too much but there's no doubt he's better than what he's shown for us so far. His form for both man city and Nigeria proves that. On what we've seen from him so far in a Leicester shirt he doesn't deserve much game time but we really shouldn't be writing him off already, simply ridiculous
-
Whilst he hasn't performed to a great level, I still personally believe we just haven't seen enough of him, he's not had enough regular minutes. I wouldn't loan him out as if vardy gets injured I believe he's still the best option to fill that role

Is Shakespeare the right man for the job?

I don't think Shakey is but if he gets a win on Saturday then 4 points in the week isn't too bad so will certainly get longer -
Premier League, 2017-2018 Season Thread

This talk of difficult fixtures is getting more of an excuse for us. Burnley's first 4 away games have been Chelsea, spurs, Liverpool and Everton, they've taken 8 points! Granted they could of been easier but arguably our two worst performances have been Huddersfield and Bournemouth where we've somehow got draws -

Unfortunately there's numerous issues at the club. We have a manager that won't change enough tactically to move us forward or give new signings an opportunity and time to improve us. We have our best player that doesnt want to be here, our main two midfield players from recent seasons have been sold and then there is this fiasco with adrien silva. Somebody at the club needs shooting for letting this silva deal go on as late as it was.... Simply a disgrace. -
Matty James was outstanding there last season yet most of you now deeming him not good enough for our team so whilst this kid has promise, possibly not quite the saviour yet
-
We've hardly defended well anyway have we..... Can't be any worse than trying it

At the end of the day it is a results business so he's under big pressure having lost 4 of our first 6 but let's have a little perspective, we've had a far from easy start and it's only small margins we've lost by. Sacking him now would be ridiculous. For me, our next 5 games will decide his fate Bournemouth away West brom home Swansea away Everton home Stoke away These games are huge, no more excuses of having a tough start etc, these will have a huge impact on our season! -

Palace have been massively unlucky and there's a few teams been very lucky so it should even out although Palace next 3 games are bad -

Totally agree mate. I'm prepared to judge him over these games but we need to see big improvements from yesterday -

He'll be more judged in the next 6... Liverpool (h) Bournemouth (a) West brom (h) Swansea (a) Everton (h) Stoke (a) Need some wins here big time! -
Blatantly obviously watching the game that iheanacho is way above this level. He has to be in the first team ASAP. George Thomas looks tidy to be fair and iborra steady. He's always going to look slower as that's the way he plays but once iborra gets fitter he'll be decent

The Worlds Longest Leicester City Quiz...

Henderson, kisnorbo, tiatto -
The guy is super talented but just needs to work on end product. It's very very poor.... Nice assist today to be fair but need more. Only one league goal this season is not good either

Andy King - 10 consecutive seasons
chris_lcfc_85 replied to Stevosevic's topic in Leicester City Forum
Makes me laugh this thread. Bang average today yes but absolutely no worse than Drinkwater. I'm sure King realises that despite how he plays that he'll probably not play in the next game, we all know that as well. Steady squad player but fear he'll go even further down the pecking order when matty James returns -
He's got an awful lot to learn and an average game today but hes 21. Give the kid time chaps. If Mendy was fit then amartey wouldn't be playing
-
Ha ha, well yes, this is class to be fair but not always as easy for everyone to pick up No need to be like that, was only saying

Surely for Jamie Vardy, we could just do the Fryatt chant..... du du du du Jamie Vardy?
