We NEED Southampton to win, otherwise Russell Martin could be our next manager. Club over country every day of the week!

Fair play to him and hope he manages to oust rudkin, but our club was on its arse, and if we didn't go up, we were screwed. Would you rather we told the truth, didn't get a decent manager to get us promoted first time, or be ruthless, accept the risk, and say job done, still better off in the epl with no manager than the championship. These are the ruthless kind of decisions we say his dad would have made. Time to make our minds up. Let's not forget, it hasn't been the most enjoyable season, the majority didn't like his style of football. He is pep light. To play this way, you need the best players, we are skint. Maybe we get rid of rudkin and get a new manager that excites us. Mark Robins blue and white army!

I too am jealous of your confidence. -
I thought something similar about overvalued swap deal as it is pure profit for kdh being academy. Could go a long way towards staying in ffp this season and avoiding a double hit and if overvalued, gives us a bit of a buffer. No way a full swap though. Not saying this is the value but eg. IF we wanted nketiah plus 10m,then it's 50m for kdh and 40 for nketiah , rather than 10 and 20. And there ladies and gentlemen, is yet another loophole which cleverer people than us will always find.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'

Seems you are not the only one to think this. I didn't with the way we stopped spending for one whole window but I feel more excited thinking we might go all in again. -

That's not my understanding, we are likely on course to break the next rolling 3 season average and the only way of avoiding it is a firesale whether we go up or stay down as it's based on the 3 years up to this current season? Anyone with more understanding care to throw the casting vote? -

We may be praising top to high heaven if he gets away with it all and is still prepared to plough money Into us when the rules change. Maybe even avoid 30th June firesale if we get away with it completely. (Highly unlikely but just in case, all heil our Thai overlords) -

I think you're probably right but don't think escaping a points deduction is even possible, especially if forest or Everton go down because of them. Maybe we should start cheering them bastards as well as cov. What a ****ing season. -

Just reading the 5 point request less mitigation, feels like we're being lined up for a potential 6pts + 5pts deduction for the 2 years, with likely no mitigation, and that's if they don't find a way to punish us even more from the 6 and 5 point precedents, based on amounts and lack of mitigation. Oh well. We can do it 🤣 -

I think the main thing going against this is the rolling 3 year totals. I read somewhere that efl do not do that as they dont want to over punish but the pl and probably rightly so given the amount of money to throw at clever lawyers, could get done for multiple years. Ie Everton getting done for 2 years but due to the shambles, getting both deductions in 1 year. 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞 (it's a conspiracy blah blah blah, hopefully we just take it on the chin and move on, after the obligatory appeal and 2pt add back of course, but I'm more thinking as a fanbase on this one) -
Sounds like they are changing the rules because of us to penalise relegated clubs for not.meeting efl criteria when they were in the epl. That should help to stop the 3 promoted teams going straight back up. Shame we'll have escaped but then (just like administration points deductions - one for tye cov and forest fans to discuss 😀)

Loving the BBC stoke commentary on my iptv stream. Leicester haven't done much despite being three nil up 🤣. Talk about digging for positives.
