  1. If it was 2004, I'd be jealous of him. Who am I kidding, it could be 2064 and I'd still be jealous of the pr*ck.
  2. We want nine! We want nine!
  3. I'm hoping it's not Ole...but it's probably Ole.
  4. Probably a bit of recency bias but I can't think of a better 4-0 than against Swansea, Spring 2016. Vardy was banned and Spurs fans thought we were a one-man team and that we'd struggle. Ulloa absolutely battered Swansea. It was also the weekend that the majority of Leicester fans felt confident that we'd go on and get the job done. Edit - But the Leeds game had THAT goal.
  5. 5-3 About 10 years ago, King Power Stadium, opposition playing in a gaudy kit. Goal by an unwanted English player and another by a foreign cult hero that the fans still talk about today? Bolton Wanderers.
  6. It would be beyond harsh for him to suffer any consequences for that. He asked a straightforward question. Vardy (the one with actual media training) said something a little bit out of pocket (but not untrue).
  7. Haven't they tried to claim it back as Cityzens? Which is used by absolutely no one outside of Sky Sports HQ.
  8. @StriderHiryu You've got a rival for the most insightful analysis on this forum.
  9. It's strange that they've reached this agreement. Surely, the PL rules can be enforced as interest free loans are open and can be monitored and regulated whereas inflated sponsorship agreements are deliberate, dishonest attempts to evade the rules.
  10. Something about Mikel Arteta taking it up the arse. Real highbrow stuff.
  11. "Gawd. You're not allad to be 'omophobic or naffin, these days!"
  12. FFS I saw this with no context and thought JJ had got his hat trick
  13. "Holds it! Holds it!...HOLDS IT!"
  14. https://www.si.com/soccer/premier-league-delays-semi-automated-offsides-technology-inclusion Semi-automated offsides delayed until the winter. I don't know why they don't push it until next season. Surely changing one of the fundamental ways the game is officiated half way through the season is asking for trouble.
  15. Norwich at home 2016. Booted the ball at Kasper off the kickoff and just went into full on park the bus, time-wasting mode. It was crazy to see and very nearly got them an unlikely point (thanks, Ulloa)
  16. Probably the lack of pace which is annoying because we all saw this coming before he got his new contract.
  17. What will actually happen, A)Wait until April B) Sack him C)Let some competition winners manage an actual Premier League club D)Wait until any prospect of survival is extinguished E)Hire someone with the ability to keep us up F)Somehow get relegated G)Release a statement about how disappointing the situation is and promise lessons have been learned H)Get promoted and repeat.
  18. The only upside is he's not capable of going on the kind of run Rodgers went on just before the world cup. I think that kept him in the job way longer than it should have.
  19. Making multiple subs and with time to effect the result? Oof, feels a bit risky, to me. Be careful what you wish for and all that.
  20. Makes it even crazier that someone sat there and said, "no, the assistant referee has got it wrong, there. It's onside." How can someone have that much conviction on such messy evidence?
  21. That wide angle photo was so ambiguous. There's so many factors that prevent anyone coming to a definitive decision one way or another. There's a reason we don't sit the linesmen up in the director's seats ffs.
  22. I'd love to know how the fvck that meets the threshold of 'clear and obvious error'.
  23. Wouldn't it be better for then to use the camera on the opposite side?
  24. I've got to the Premier League with Colchester. We're finally redeveloping the stadium so we have to play elsewhere for 12 months. In their infinite wisdom, the board have picked Stamford Bridge! Not Ipswich or Southend or even Norwich. Imagine being from a small town and having to commute into London for the football
