Very very calm after eight years in London but the cost of living is quite high now and it's not an especially thrilling city. If you do Eastern Europe for a bit maybe somewhere non EU would be better like Tbilisi or maybe even Pristina. Nowhere in East Europe is cheap and easy any more though.

I had the same feeling with O'Neill. In a one off game I wouldn't pick anyone else - I don't think anyone ever got team selection wrong less than him. But very different managers in very different eras for the club.
