While I welcome this news I think it’s pretty obvious why they’ve done it. 1. The club failed to recruit a full set of staff when they appointed Ruud. 2. The club see this as a quick and simple way to appease a few after the slight turmoil over the past few days with the protest and anti-Rudkin van.

Daka presses much better and frees up room for others around him and can sustain the running into channels for a lot longer than Vardy now. It’s also rare seeing Vardy get away from defenders these days. Our general play is much better with Daka up front (even though he’s still a Plonker)
