Ideally, if we can get his value back I'd sell him. Enzo didn't use him, Cooper isn't keen. Must be a reason. Rather try and get the money back before his lack of game time etc depletes his value further.

He must just see a physical presence to see out games. Reasonable height and build to help defend corners and block shots etc. I think he's useless and lazy, but I can see the sense in using him as a wall for now. I hope he's gone by next weekend. Skipp, Hamza, wilf and Winks will suffice

Fair line up after getting a point the other day. Would've liked to see Skipp start but after the second half it would've been hard to leave Wilf out. Be a very tough game against a decent, physical and high energy team. We need to be on it from the first minute and keep in the game. If we're within a goal by 60mins, bring on Mav for half an hour and hopefully get something from the game. I don't want to see 4 cdms on for the last 10mins though. I'll be sensible and predict a 2-0 loss but hope I'm massively wrong

Ipswich have set themselves up to yoyo for a few seasons, cash in and then probably make a proper go for it in 2 or 4 seasons time. They've got enough to stay up of they keep it tight at the back, but definitely built to come straight back up if they drop I actually think we've built more to stay up (albeit a tremendous struggle) especially with the impending deduction. I just think we lack the depth

Very good point to be fair, although I'd have liked the 2 experienced lads to have been of a better standard, particularly Ayew, considering he's our back up to Vardy and hardly knows where the net is. We do need someone to take the strain of goals from midfield like KDH did last year. Hopefully Facundo does that alongside a new recruit in the later days of the window.. another loan will do.

Genuinely a signing I really don't want to happen. Yes he has experience and all that, but he offers literally nothing else. He's not a goalscorer. I know he can hold up the ball etc but we need competition for goals up top, not see out a 0-0 from kick off.

I'd imagine there will be a bit of a scramble to do this towards the end of the market with about 10 to 15 players. I reckon teams will hold off to just subsidise their wages rather than pay the full amount. Come the last few days they'll be backed in to a corner to take what they can to offload some of their costs surely.

If you sweat that much from matching up and down in a technical area, get checked 😂 Agree on your points though, especially Alves and Riccy Was glimpses of excellence on the ball but very limited. Not his style though. I'd take scruffy long ball for a year to stay up and sort the style out next year if needs be

Second hand Winks, and more so Wilf, played a little higher and it meant when we did over turn possession that we had more bodies in attack. A good start to his reign. Back up striker and another 10 type/left sided attacking threat will suffice until January and see where we are and what's happening with the deduction

Hoping that first half was first game lack of sharpness and it's gone now. Otherwise we'll be buried by half time. But second half, we didn't look at of place. Even what appeared to be a horror pairing at cb in the Premier league seemed very steady. Facundo and Abdul looked a threat, Vardy linked up well. Hopefully Skipp looks after the ball better than Wilf. Another attacking midfielder to replace BDR would be ideal. Point I didn't expect. Good start
