I don't think there is a single person behind the scenes who gets a good write up on here, but in my opinion, with the dealings I've had with him in, Jim is a good bloke, who will go out of his way to help if he possibly can. He managed to sort my transferring of my wife's season ticket, to a minor, who obviously doesn't have a mobile phone when all other avenues failed. Also in the past helped with my late mother in law who was in a wheelchair on a number of occsions. Yes people probably get frustrated with him when he is put up as the face of Leicester City at meetings etc, but I'm sure on those occasions his hands are probably tied by the limited actions he can take in those situations. But all in all, a top bloke in my opinion. So a big shout out to Jim 👍

Looking to pass my season ticket to a mates son for the brum game, the lad is only 10 so doesn't own a mobile phone, my mate is a season ticket holder also, do I just go on the website and select him from my linked accounts, send him the ticket, thus giving him my ticket to use for his son, as well as his own on the same mobile? Anybody in the know?

Followed the city since the 70's, now nearly 60 with a body that has aches and pains in places I didn't realise existed. Mostly stand at away days, but sometimes if I'm having physio etc I have to sit, therefore I choose to sit at the front on those occasions. I'm possibly going to sound a right numpty here but, just read the instructions for android, and it says I must have Google pay installed, which I refuse to have on my phone, and my email address should match the one the club use, well I use a hotmail account for emails from the club, but my Google wallet has an old Gmail account attached to it I never use anymore, am I going to encounter problems trying to download my ticket? Love this new improved system. I suppose I could pop into one of the drop in classes this week, but it would mean a 6hr, 250 mile round trip 😡

For me, the complete silence has pi$$ed me off more than the pathetic performances from the players and manager last season. I appreciate they are possibly bound by psr about commenting on the future, but last season was shambolic, no goals in 9 home games, 1 win in something like 20 games, etc etc and not a word. Totally tucked off by the lack of leadership

Supported us for over 50 years, now live in Norfolk so £45 in petrol and 7 hrs round trip excluding match time, I've renewed but it was a decision not taken lightly. The £25 tax last year did it for me as far as spending anything extra other than my st. Never felt so detached from the club as I do ATM. Totally incompetent board, bang average players paid millions who don't give a shite, cheating has become the norm to con refs, tippy tappy boring football, complete lack of communication rrom the board, var a joke, never ending headlines that we have broken rules (which we obviously have but got off on a technicality after spending huge amounts of money on lawyers) The only bright spark is the youngsters coming through. Will give it this year to see if we progress or regress further. All in all totally fecked off with my club at this time

Met him once at Hollywood bowl, was playing on the next lane. Really likeable bloke who had a laugh with our group and had selfies with no issues for countless kids who approached him, even though he was on a trip out with just his partner. Given he seems a good bloke, I'm a bit gutted it's not worked out for him, if he stays or goes he gets my best wishes for the future
