More Canadian tunes, yes? A few years old, but I re-discovered this song thanks to Charlotte Day Wilson's live performance. She's got two solo albums out already:

There's some Pharcyde in this - coincidentally, also from LA: NxWorries

Soo... More than four weeks into the new season... and still no shirt sponsor. It's all gone quiet on that front, eh?
-
Umbro are really killing it. And Grêmio's shirts are always a pleasure on the eye. This is their new "Gaucho" shirt:

Ecco il boss. Donning the colors well. I see.

They're Swiss (and French), would you believe it?

Canadian Girl needs more exposure – and her producer, too.

Danger 5 is hilarious. Shame it's not available on Blu-ray right now. Imagine Inglorious Bastards, just without the big names, instead with cheap backgrounds, puppet heads, deliberately off synchro – and a Hitler who plays lunchball.

Weapon in the Charlie Kirk assassination retrieved, a Mauser rifle. One spent shell casing, three more rounds unused. Talks of the shooter being trans and with Antifa affiliations. The hunt is still on. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-15088953/Charlie-Kirk-assassins-ammunition-engraved-transgender-antifascist-messages.html

Not if you act in self-defense.

The truth probably lies somewhere in the middle. I can imagine they were friends at some point, then had a falling-out. Trump even said he banned Epstein from Maro-o-Lago after the latter had hit a woman. We can't tell how the birthday letter fits in with the timeline. It also doesn't tell us anything about how tight they really were. I mean, anyone can write birthday wishes, without much of a personal connection. Sometimes. it's simply a standard gesture. The alleged Epstein Black Book has also been around for years, and it's hardly talked about. Up to this day, we still don't know what politicians and/or showbiz people or others were involved in those acts in Florida, New York and on Epstein's island. The flight logs make for an interesting read, though.

Try fighting a gun (or knife) with your bare hands. Good luck. You can always try running, too.

That only works for people already living in large enough cities, though. I suppose it's because of the noise made while travelling. Cars are out of question, walking is dangerous (without a proper underground). You just can't wander around without attracting... attention. This is hinted at at one point in the first movie, as we see other bonfires around the farm one night – and later on, they're all gone.

Just watched parts of the immediate Utah press conference. Campus police had a measly six (!) officers on the spot in order to control a crowd of 3000 people.

Alleged shooter now in custody.

Which one? Routh's political views are sketchy, to say the least. Same goes for Crooks. Nobody has made allegations Kirk's shooter is from the "Left", btw. As for me, I was pointing out the poisonous politics/media mix in the US.
-
The major outlets in the US lean towards Democrats (the so-called "Liberals"), the distribution is about five to one in terms of TV networks. The two, three major US newspapers are Democrat-leaning, as well. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/why-does-media-have-left-leaning-bias-james-mcgovern-avise/ In (Continental) Europe, the distribution of the political orientation among media professionals is about the same.
-
Only loonies "gun" for people who they disagree with. Have you seen the video of the alleged shooter? Pathetic excuse for a human being, a white boomer. All the things he could do in his spare time, but no – let's go and shoot a Conservative. Tragic day for Charlie Kirk's family. He now leaves a widow and young kids behind.

That's what you get for having a two-party democratic republic (not a democracy, as many over here and there claim it to be). Add to that a lack of education as well as the influence of the media establishment (vastly on the side of the Democrats, I might add), and it spills over here easily. Why? Because the media is dominated by left-leaning people (that's no secret and a fact), and because they take everything "Democrat" as gospel, even though it's just another right-leaning party (just with a more liberal touch in certain areas). The infiltration and obedience is unreal. There is no true left-wing party in the USA, both the Dems and Republicans have all the power and clinging onto it. Just look at all these old farts in the House and Congress.

Doing a A Quiet Place binge-watch. Well, only parts I and II (the London sequel doesn't have great reviews and It's just not the same without John Krasinski and Emily Blunt). Fantastic premise, great execution. Challenging, but very rewarding. We need more movies like these in this day and age. CGI yes, but only sparingly..

Eyeing with a trip to Cremona in May. Mate's a big Lazio fan and has roots in the region, we've visited the Olimpico for the derby together a few years back.

Lilian Nalis vs. Leeds. Tasty.
