Speaking of Puel, where in the world is Claude? Last managerial role was four years ago, when he was sacked at Saint-Etienne. Never forget Newport County away...

I thought we were late: Ipswich's third shirt:

20 years since one of these "shows that shouldn't have been cancelled" aired: Still no Blu-ray release in sight.

Didn‘t know Savage‘s gone Forest Green. Doing pretty well so far. Team‘s unbeaten in 10.

Baby Driver. Thoroughly entertaining, with a particular style.. or is it cadence? I also like the music choices. Sadly, the movie loses some of its charm and momentum towards the end, because it focuses on style rather than substance. They also overdo it on the in-sync editing. No news on the sequel, though.

Not in the squad against Parma.

Pretty fair analysis. Although I'd wager the most amount of domestic terrorism and violent attacks in the US in recent years comes from the left, liberal side of the political spectrum. And from foreigners (cartels/muslims). Up until 2018, right-wing extremism dominated: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9335287/ Also, there have been plenty of attacks in the US carried out by transgender people in recent weeks and months. I'd say a lot of it has to do with mental issues and indoctrination by social media, growing up living in a bubble, the lack of parenting as well as the lack of political discourse. And the social isolation during the pandemic made things even worse. Just my two cents, though.

Wild game in Turin last night. No goals until the 50th minute, then eight in 45... Dortmund 4-2 up after players fighting with each other for a penalty. Three minutes into extra-time, and Juve score twice. What a fvck-up by the visitors.

He popped up in a close-up at one point. Mightily impressive.

Well, that was a doozy.

Oh, and they recently presented their third shirt:

Sicario. 8/10 Benicio Del Toro is soo good in this, particularly towards the end. Pretty much anything Denis Villeneuve touches as a director turns to gold.

So far, we're doing better than I expected before the start of the season. The transfer dealings give me hope we can push for a playoff spot. I look at Southampton and Ipswich, and I see how they're struggling. So, it could be worse. The team is still crying out for a team leader and/or hero. Our joint topscorers are Fatawu und Ricardo. I do hope we can do better up front. Strikers and attacking midfielders need to join in.

John Ghent popped up in my FB feed today: https://www.youtube.com/@JohnGhentWozEre/videos Has already done tons of videos on Leicester.

Is this a call for quiche or are you just quiche to see me?

Someone say quiche? I'm in.

Throw everything we've got at them. Apart from Skipp, Soumaré, Daka or Faes. Or Ramsay. Oh.
-
Given the circumstances, a draw is a good result. Coming back from one goal down with a one-man disadvantage should be encouraging. Unlucky debut for Ramsay. Challenge was unnecesary, he was overeager to play and impress. Soumaré's own goal... Stolarczyk's "intent" before conceding the opener... The starting squad still needs tweaking. Skipp isn't first eleven material for me, as is Soumaré. Looking forward to seeing James and Carranza play against Cov.
-
Strong reaction after conceding the opener. Ayew scores... Who'd have thought? Very quick to react, too. Well done.
-
Well, so much for momentum going into the international break...

Says who?
