  1. https://www.lcfc.com/news/4111038/remembering-the-ice-kings-white-shirt?lang=en When LCFC finally do the article which should have gone with the kit launch. Just do things properly, not half arsed
  2. Any update on the final amounts given to respective charities?
  3. Just ran in the wind and rain. Yeah I’ll take that every time
  4. Stoke has some decent pubs in my experience - largely due to the Staffordshire breweries such as Joules & Titanic. I am reliably informed Bradford isn't bad. In terms of smaller setttlements. Halifax is a town what punches above its weight. Worcester I enjoy. Lichfield is great for somewhere so small. Bath's dog shite IMO. When it comes to affluent locations.
  5. I am talking relative to size/population. Wolverhampton is another massive stinker for the city of its size. One great pub IMO. Places such as MK or Colchester are pub Chernobyl.
  6. In there with Coventry and Southampton
  7. Went I went in there were about six trade apprentices drinking in there from the college. Durham Ox is one in that area that’s salvaged itself by banging out mixed grills.
  8. Be a long afternoon regardless - they are incredibly effective on set pieces and have danger all over the pitch.
  9. I come with bad news. Just walked past the Birmingham’s The Wellington. It looks like Black Country Ales are doing one of their refurbishments. Another hammer blow for Birmingham’s older pubs after the Old Royal and Queens Arms suffered capitalist vandalism
  10. This was one of those I sampled. Fella had it on tap in a small bar. A Bruman Pajser as well just checking at a place which was very London vibe nearby Pula's Arena
  11. Some many variables so don't worry too much @Stuntman_Mike. We are out of the warmer months - I ran 9 miles on holiday this week in prep for Leicester Half and it was fair to say after about 5 miles I wanted to roll up to give up. But that's the heat essentially pushing my heart rate so high. Week before I ran same distance before going on hols and it went a breeze but this was like between 7 and 8.30pm when I should be tired.
  12. Real shame that but absolute no chance in the current economy of it keep going. Went before a Riders game last time. A real pub interior.
  13. I've spent most of the last few days drinking 'bland' lager Pan or Ozujsko. Towards the end of the holiday electing for their Radler's. A couple of treats mind in the craft beer section - Pula would make a good Conference League couple of days
  14. Don't disagree. Just citing his reasoning
  15. The some reason about Ndidi is height. He’s an asset to defending set pieces in the eyes of Cooper and that’s prioritised.
  16. PL is the exception when it comes this within Europe.
  17. He already has. In fact if there’s something you want to put any hope in Kristansen, it’s the brilliant performance he had v Arsenal and Saka on the last occasion he played them.
  18. The relegation isn’t the telling sign of poor ownership. The huge climb down from European football to relegation is. The explosion in wages. The PSR nonsense. The complete erosion of fan relations (and at the moment taking their time about a FAB which should been implemented immediately from May onwards).
  19. Make a lot of chocolate there too!
  20. No but it’s very high up my list of places to visit it. Big uni town so nightlife is better than a lot of comparable sized places. From what you’ve said, you won’t have enough to get over to Assisi what it is a real shame
  21. For sure £24 million over the allowance. Something like 4 points on the measure of Forest and Everton
  22. Breached by £20 million plus has declared in the commission’s report. It was the Premier League’s extent of jurisdiction what overturned the allegation. Important distinction for me
  23. His record owning a football club isn’t that great which makes his new emperor clothes act hilarious
  24. it’s a sound plan if the opposition don’t score. Our defence isn’t strong for that and we’ve given up multiple chances in all three games as illustrated by earlier xG graphs etc.
  25. People are being fooled again by a twenty minute spell where the tempo was higher. We created a pathetic 0.05 xG for the first sixty minutes of yesterday’s game. We are utterly boring IMO. Enzo was boring with a plan. Now we are boring with no plan and play games like a lower division side in the cup If we keep this way up, one team is going to click in opposition and be 3 or 4 up on us at half time.
