Safe standing - time to act

It’s just so they can say they are doing fan engagement. It’s utter horseshit -
Will The Board Ever Admit They Might Be Wrong?

I’d used to get pissed off with this kind of nonsense until I realised we are all just zombies in a mad world -
Quite the contrary to the first point. In real terms outside of the media nonsense, we have no distinct difference in day to day life. Irobically I type whilst sat in a building where the Tory Party Conference registration is taking place

Complete disagree with nearly every word but won’t bore everyone with a lengthy reply.

Ric Flair Live & Direct on BSLB Podcast
CosbehFox replied to Ric Flair's topic in Leicester City Forum
Think he's wrong personally. He's talking from a period in management when DoF/Tech Director's aren't the front of football clubs like they are now. Times have moved on. Leeds had their CEO on a independent supporters podcast before the season starts for example - he's gone on a public forum, defend why they've sold 4 big players, explain errors etc. -
Last season at this stage it was 4 teams rather 5 hadn't won/ Tellingly if we lose on Saturday and compare that to Matchday 6 23/24, we'd be in the bottom three (3 winless teams & ignoring the Ev's points deduction last season)

Labour deserve plenty of stick over the acceptance of gifts (although its another debate about how they have publicly declared it & some don't) but this £20k, Starmer story really is nothing isn't it? His son stays elsewhere to concentrate on study - it WOULD HAVE made £20k if the flat was available on the market.

LCFC Launches 2024/25 Fan Engagement Plan

Two weeks on from that message - we got the minutes from FCC etc after. So where are we on the FAB then? Kick-off meeting was supposed to be September - silence. -

I agree with you but what massively surprises me (or it doesn’t) is that normally there’s some departures within the hierarchy after such event. The only bloke who left got an upgrade -
I don't think you need an analytic department to say our fixtures have been pretty middle of the road so far. Ipswich have 3 points and played Man City, Liverpool & Brighton We have played two of the teams below us.

You are correct on the last mile. Your aim is more than achieveable on the basis of your 15k time. Running at an event can shave about 10 minutes off any expected time provided you don’t blow up and go off too fast -
Yep that can’t be argued but cracks were appearing around the time of the Plymouth game. Ultimately Enzo had confidence in his plan and way of playing. That made it easier for the players to unite behind.

Walsall Post Match Thread 0-0 3-0 on pens

It's the person above the manager - cos ultimately he's one who will deliver on what a modern manager wants and needs -
Agreed but there will still a bottle neck situation where a Tech Dir/CEO/DoF has to back players or managers. Managers are cheaper to scrap.
-
Consider why he turned us down twice and when he was nearly appointed, the club couldn't agree. Then you'll have the same answer on who's responsible for appointing Cooper and who will ensure that the next manager isn't fresh thinking.
-
The same will happen at Chelsea. Teams will go low block on them and they struggling to break them down as Enzo doubles down on Plan A. His training and instructions get very repetitive from 2/3rd's season onwards.

I think his agent's tentative attempts at asking for a fee to be on BSLB might have halted that one -
It’s incredibly underrated and has a far more Germanic feel than most of Poland

Yeah mad. Although Warnock saying he’s not a fan of Steve Cooper made me laugh

Why go Gdańsk when you can go Wrocław ? 😉
