  1. See that's why I'd and a good number would immediately disagree. It's made dysfunctional by its current owners. Therefore people want rid of the dysfunctional owners. Accepting the status quo has led to this being a season with 'survival'.
  2. There's no point trying to avoid it upsetting anyone. Someone is going to get upset but the time is here or very near for major protest. What starts off as 100 one week will snowball. It will quickly grow. That Christmas payment news will irk others who were previously may have stood back.
  3. Same here. Winter solstice yesterday so days will begin to stretch out. I find the period horrific - anniversary to roughly my Mum passing which connects with a lot of memories and then had the lifestyle of work and playing hard.
  4. I know why you saying it Raj but the same walk from Nottingham Station into their city is very similar. It's okay once you get into Notts city centre but the walk there is horrific.
  5. I had an incredibly dysfunctional meal at Merchant Of Venice last night. We were okay but the service was absolutely terrible. All the waiting bar one person disappeared for 25-30 minutes. People ordering drinks and them never turning up. A weird table system. The food was good and plentiful. Decent value too. But I left with a really weird opinion of the place and I also didn't find it authentic in the slightest.
  6. Madness given that division looks pretty tied up between 3 teams and Moulton are decent as well.
  7. The best part of Ale Wagon at the moment is how the **** have they found a fake tree that big
  8. Yeah I’d say it’s the best of Birmingham in that field of restaurant
  9. He bit at least two Twitter accounts after the game including Stourbridge’s official account. Why he bothers being on there I don’t know. Anyway very good weekend for Harb, going to win it at a canter
  10. Quite simply players have to learn. Faes et al have done their learning. Nelson isn’t finished. So you play the lad whose not the finished product because the pay off is bigger
  11. Some selective thinking here - she may have had held concerns at the footballing side and was approachable. But there was some absolutely stinking decisions she was directly involved in which was rather more directly against the fans
  12. That’s incorrect https://foxestrust.co.uk/12018/updates-on-trust-survey-actions-responses
  13. Employers will have set up direct debits, ordered the Christmas shop for a certain date etc. How gutting for them. Disgrace
  14. Just add as well Benkovic on FFP wasn’t a ball breaker
  15. For all the applauds received towards the non-league, it has a major problem with this. I know Step 3 around Birmingham is silly because of the cluster of clubs. I know it's easy to bash the FA but they have chased after this perfect pyramid and it's causing issues. At Step 5/6, as you know, the distances are huge.
  16. The annoying thing is that the likes of West Indies have managed to win a test match and be more competitive than this in recent memory
  17. To give you an idea on application, Stokes has faced 373 balls in this series. More than anyone else within the series. As a result, Stokes has faced 21.6% of the deliveries bowled at England for the entire series. Add Root to that and that's 38.4% of the same stat. Them pair plus Archer are the only three looked anywhere near capable of playing in an Ashes series.
  18. The thing what pisses me off is the bubble which surrounds these players. I listened on 5LIve Monday night to the claims of the capabilities of these players. They simply don't have it. They don't have the application or grit (probably three players what pass this). Alongside that the whole shift by ECB to whore themselves out to the white ball versions of the game are coming to roost.
  19. Mitch Austin's meltdown to Harborough's first loss of the league season has been something.
  20. Severly cut the budget. Unknown if that's bad
  21. I went Kayal after Sheff U game and it was excellent
  22. You can sum Coventry's fanbase up in that a good section of their supporters have continually defended these prices this season. That's despite them having to slum it etc in League 2 etc. I get rationale against us and Birmingham, even though I disagree but the prices v Swansea are even worse.
  23. I didn't defend Cifuentes did I? Given Cardiff's opposition in the next four is Lincoln, Exeter, Stevenage and Wycombe. I think the answer is obvious there. That's before we even discuss the whole range of issues at LCFC.
  24. You made the point about 'Ruud's coaching vs Brian Barry Murphys coaching' so I just pointed out BBM was coaching most of it. The management v coaching is a different debate. He's having a good season - the sort of job he needed after his poor early managerial experiences, doing Under 21s management and being assistant. But let's not hide that he's at League 1's biggest club with a wealth of young prospects that he's been able to coach and mould into this own. Not dis-similar from Chris Davies and Birmingham City. The managerial jobs at Cardiff and Leicester were and are very different. I think there's a high chance BBM wouldn't have touched it given he fell out with parts of the squad.
  25. BBM led 70% of the coaching session at Seagrave while he was here
