Those at the top ain't the issue, it's those who have done 10 years as an ST but barely do any aways. Putting it as a 3 season cap means they'll tumble down the ranking and those that do attend away games can actually go and get themselves up the priorities.

Lets not kid ourselves, RVN is a dreadful manager. Martin is definitely better than him with regards to managing in the Championship, but still, he should be near the bottom of our list. The club only ever seem to go for cheap/free possession based managers who have managed in England.

May aswell write another season off if we get Martin as manager. Don't get why anyone would want him as manager, cannot set a defence up and his football is awful.
