yeah it was crazy ... 5 mins to select and pay for your tickets was a joke. I got kicked out first time which cost me tickets on days 1 and 2 as when i got back in there was only single tickets left. Glad you got some though ... boxing day test at the G test is always a iconic event. Be close to 100,000 there on day 2.

1. Signing up for the match coverage on the LCFC website (just like i did two seasons ago) and opening the app in trepidation 10 mins before the game is starting hoping not to see the dreaded "Technical Issues" message. 2. Checking the LCFC website the day before the games to see whether there is live coverage of the upcoming game or whether the coverage has been "blocked in your region" for a reason not explained.

Personally I don't support the message "King Power Out" for 3 reasons. I do support the original message though. 1. I think it will backfire and whip up a frenzy of media support from the majority of supporters who are loyal to KP due to the success of the club in the past. This will leave those protesting appearing as an irritable minority. 2. I don't think KP selling and getting new owners guarantees the club will reach the same (or similar) success as it has in the past (in other words be careful what you wish for) or even guarantee that some of those underperforming in high positions leave. The new owners will want continuity until they establish the best way to run the club. 3. The optimal solution is that for stability and as surety KP remain owners due to their knowledge and experience of the club but that they are encouraged though messaging to drastically change the club at the administration level in terms of both the board and football department. The King Power Out message ignores this.

I haven't ... granted i don't go to too many LCFC games cause of where i live but of the games i have been too i have never left early. The only time i got up to go early was Argentina v The Netherlands in the 2022 World Cup quarterfinal when at around the 80 min mark it was 2-0 to Argentina (i was actually walking down the stairs as Holland scored their first) obviously i stayed and it turned into one of the best games of the tournament. However if people want to leave early that is their choice and it doesn't bother me.

Framed on my wall at home I have a pair of unwashed LCFC socks i wore to every game of the 1999-2000 League cup run....... including for the final at the old Wembley! These socks have. Watched 8, Won 7, Draw 1, Goals for 22*, Goals Against 10* * includes penalty shootouts I have also got various title winning paraphernalia dotted around the house (but not a precious as the socks cause i was living in Australia in that season and didn't go to any games although i watched every game live on TV some of which kick off at 4am and required going to work straight after.)
