I agree on two points, The selection process has failed and politics across all parties is littered with unscrupulous characters who really shouldn't be representing us.

Well, this has nothing at all to do with Ukraine/Russia. I do, however, agree that we often hear cries of anti-Semitism when a dislike of what the Jews/Israel are doing, particularly, in Gaza. Having said all that the Labour Rochdale candidate, prior to him being defrocked, should have engaged is brain before opening his mouth. It makes you wonder what sort of MP he would make, independent or otherwise.

The fact of the matter is we all want politics and politicians to clean up their act. 'Capt. Hindsight' eventually did the right thing over their candidate in Rochdale but acted not "decisively", as he reckons, but 48 hours too late. To my mind there are two issues here, Labour's selection process and their stance on anti-Semitism. Surely there are more capable people to stand in this so-called Labour stronghold?

I'll be disappointed if we don't score 5 goals and calling for Enzo to go.

Who, in their right mind, in the footballing authorities ivory tower, came up with this hideous plan when there is already so many problems in the game?

Referees already have in their armoury the ability for dealing with dissent, a yellow card. Unfortunately match officials are their own worse enemy through being inconsistent and this will only add to football's problems. It is a recipe for further confusion and disaster.

Sin bins are following rugby. What football needs to do first, if they need to follow/improve, is have an official timekeeper just as they have in rugby. Giving refs another card only increases the chances of them pulling out the wrong one!!
