Apparently Leeds had gone to crap, tuned in, and almost every time they got forward since, they scored. We still top though with a game in hand. Sky going mental for their favourites.

Thats sad, I have lost count the amount of times other teams have done it to us without a booking.

Yeah one of the things he seems to have stopped doing is professional fouls, deffo remember him doing that often earlier in the season to prevent break away attacks. Or maybe he is and I am just not noticing, I just remember noticing him far more often in games.

Faes is overall a decent player, the problem is we have a lot of people at the moment who like to look for a scapegoat when we dont win, and he is prone to some howler decisions. Some people arent forgiving of mistakes. I dont like as an example if the other team scored or when they have a shot, we have a bunch of fans looking for who made a mistake or whatever for it to happen, the players are humans, they will make them every game.

Something feels different, I remember him being very involved in the first half of season, now he seems to not be part of a lot of the play. I dont know if thats a good or bad thing, were we over relying on him, or is he now less effective for us, dont know.

Repeat the last 5 mins of chanting for 60+ mins every game, sing the Vichai song for longer periods and watch the results pick up. That atmosphere at the end seems so long since it was last like that at the KP.

Do you have any thoughts why the crowd has been quiet in so many games the past 2 years?

He may have prevented at least one goal though by doing long clearances when the rest would have tried to tip tap it out whilst surrounded by the opposition. I actually felt he was calm in a lot of his decision making, which was a welcome sight, as there has been poor decision making in many games this season. We need to stop looking at individual players when goals are conceded, its a team game.

I also think the last 5 minutes visibly lifted the team as well. They suddenly got some adrenaline in them. The Vichai dream chant as well, is really nice, and we used to sing it for several minutes at a time, now its one verse and it ends abruptly. In the game we battered Newcastle at home, that was going really loud for ages, still have the recording.

Ok so you like tippy tappy. We in disagreement on the style (for me mainly because I consider it a misfit for the squad and we cant afford to fix it), although not sure why you call it donkey style. When we played forest and they battered us, I dont recall it been simple hoof football though. Not tippy tappy sure, but wasnt just long balls.

On Sky it sounded the best its been for a long time at end of game. Last 5 minutes or so. We need everyone to do that every game now, and for more than 5 minutes, winning or losing.

The luck stuff is funny, you make your own luck, Ipswich fight till the end so they get late goals. Today someone had the foresight to tell Hamza to go on the line to help Mads out, or he just flat out decided to do it, either way the decision kept the goals out not luck.

Whats wrong with Steve Cooper? For reference when I said he might leave, I meant he could choose to leave, we wouldn't sack a manager that won promotion and has the same football ideology as top.

I think even with promotion there is a chance he leaves, he knows with his ideal way of how the game should be played he needs the right players for it, and we not in a position to go out on a shopping spree for him, if he was to quit after getting us promoted he will always be able to say he left us on a high, did his job etc. We won the last game, but we had very little control of it, I will take any win, but on the subject of Enzo I dont think its working. Of course if promoted he has earned his chance to keep us in the EPL, and it will be a case of whether he will adapt or do a Kompany.

I responded to someone who said they were surprised Southampton were not playing possession football, he was asking had they abandoned it, and my answer from what I was told by their fans is they drop the ideology for some games get some form then go back to it. I never said they actually dropped it for that game. If there is some confusion here, talking about different things I dont know, I was just answering someone's question.

I dont watch their games, my comment is from saints fans who watch them week in and week out. Russel has spells where he obsesses over possession, and spells where the team plays with more freedom, in the latter has been their good runs.

I think todays result would brighten the place up a bit more? Nothing beats a win.

Think Vardy was set on the direction and could sense the keeper was going that way so he aimed for the far side to sneak past him.
