  1. I can only get into the VM homepage where I can view billing and package details etc. I can't access emails through any of the links, including the one I have in my list of favourites where normally, I'd get directly to my email account without issue. It seems there's been some suspicious activity and the email account has been locked but for it take so much time and repeated attempts to resolve it, seems a bit like they aren't that bothered.
  2. I wonder how many would fvck us all if they ever got into power.
  3. I've gone with Green Flag before reading reviews. They're shitter than shit. Apparently. Green Flag Reviews - Read 200 Genuine Customer Reviews | greenflag.com Not going to renew after it expires.
  4. Trying for the 3rd time to resolve a problem with Virgin email. I can't access my email account and I have spent a total of 6 hours trying to sort it out. If I try to reset the password via the link on the log-in screen it just redirects me to the VM homepage. Which then tells me my email account is currently unavailable and gives a link to reset the password. I click on the link and that also tells me my account is currently unavailable. And round I go again. I contact the on-line help and get a chatbot. Every time the chatbot goes through the same process of identification, Fine. Then I eventually get to "live chat" with an "advisor". Each time I've had to go through the same hoop-jumping. Then, after I have explained the issue AGAIN, they send another password reset form, I submit a new password, they assure me that will resolve the issue. It doesn't. I want to talk to a person, over the phone but when I ring the number, I get a choice of options: is your issue regarding; 1) Broadband, TV, landline? NO! 2) Mobile? NO!!!!!!! There is no option to select email issue. There is no number to contact an actual person that I can actually speak to. Fvcking fuming.

  8. I guess it's based on the "recommended for you" links.
  9. Has anyone, apart from me, actually watched this and thought it to be a load of bollox? BBC iPlayer - Uncanny
  10. I realise that and I was using your rhetoric to make a point of my own
  11. I'm rather surprised that this hasn't been mentioned on this forum. (As far as I know). Katie Tidmarsh sentenced for killing 'defenceless' one-year-old girl she was adopting - Leicestershire Live (leicestermercury.co.uk)
  12. How can she, when she is exactly this. IMO she has virtually given the green light to Robinson and his EDL mobsters by saying what she said. Almost inciting the far right wing to prove her to be correct, in that protesters from that persuasion get treated more robustly by the police than left wing protesters do. Awful, nasty, vindictive example of a human being, never mind a politician. Possibly worse than Maggie.
  13. Finally got there this afternoon. It's nice, quite small. It was unexpectedly busy and we hadn't booked a table but got one for an hour before the next booking arrived. As a result we only had time for a share platter starter, which was decent VFM. The main meal portions looked huge.

  15. This is something I've wondered about. Israel are reputed to have one of the best special forces in the world yet they still continue with the blunt tool of bombing then claiming that Hamas are using hospitals, school and civilian districts as bases. How do we, in the West, know this to be true? Have we seen any decent evidence of Hamas fighters being killed or displaced as a result? Where are the weapons that surely would be found in the rubble? I can't think of any.
  16. For acupuncture?
  17. I would say F15. I live in Hinckley and we get them overhead as they manoeuvre back to base. Usually quite low and very noisy. We were in Norfolk a few weeks ago and there were 2 Eurofighters practising dogfights over the Wash. Wow. The noise and the sense of power of these things... Thrilling if like me, you like aircraft.
  18. Strip poker would be better. I'd rig the deck in my favour.
  19. Orally, I hope. That's how I like a bratwurst. I can't believe I just typed this. Friday night G and T. Again.
  20. Impossible That's like 10,000, 15,000 20,000 upwards to 99,000' Sensationalism in the press once again. And the BBC are pretty much amongst the worst. Talking of sensationalism. BBC news keeps referring to the initial attack by Hamas and the 1400 innocent Israeli's killed at a music festival. I agree, horrific and should be condemned. But, the BBC reports continue to use words like "murdered, slaughtered, innocents, barbaric" to describe the attack and the victims. I have heard no such terms for the killing of innocent Palestinians
  21. Did you swallow?
  22. Now, that was good.
  23. A good watch. As you watch the episodes you'll think that there's a few possible endings and it does get quite immersive.
  24. Bit of a cheat but we tried the new Asda range of Bom Bahia curries. TBF they're pretty decent and taste freshly made.
  25. Are you training to be a boy scout or something?
