Don't play Maguire ever apart from a sub. Bloke's a liability
-
And that's a bit of a concern. I hope this isn't a one off. Southgate could revert to the conservative way he seems to favour

One of the best performances from an England team that I have seen under Southgate

I've often been of the Italy > England persuasion but I think it's quite the reverse tonight

City of Leicester & Leicestershire - The Good and Historical Stuff

Oh yes. All the above. Made a huge impact on my childhood as I now love travelling, even within a relatively small radius of where I live. Travelling by coach has always seemed a magical part of growing up. My dad would always let me have a window seat and if I was really lucky I got to sit behind the driver or in the front seats opposite and have a clear forward view of the trip. It was extra exciting to just rock up at Humberstone Gate with my dad and join a queue for a trip without any idea of where you might end up. (I have to bear in mind that my dad was a Romanian conscript displaced to the UK after WW2 and because of that, he loved exploring the UK) A coach was a level above a "bus" and felt like a real luxury when I was 12. I imagine it would be quite different now, though. -

No, not that I remember. Imperial seems to ring a bell but I'm going back over 50 years ago, now. -
I corrected myself but either would be equally as insufferable.

Rory Stewart is excellent. Take a look at his Wiki: Rory Stewart - Wikipedia He's have made an excellent PM, IMO but he resigned from the Conservative cabinet after BJ became PM because he couldn't agree with a no-deal Brexit. I feel it was more likely that he knew Johnson was a buffoon.

Anyone watching Strictly? It would be bearable if it wasn't for the false, sycophantic yelling and cheering from the audience. And without Tess Daley. And Claudia willy pullerman. And the judges. And the orchestra. And the "celebrities". Better without everything, really.

I remember queuing with my dad at about 7 am on a Sunday to get a coach to go on a mystery tour from Southgates bus station. I was always thrilled when a decent looking bus pulled out of the garage. There was another coach company who's depot was on Uppingham Road/St Saviours Road and they had royal blue livery on all their coaches and they used to do day trips to various places throughout the year. Does anyone recall the name? -

Back in the day before all the fences and barriers around the railways, you could sneak into places like this and have a very enjoyable wander around the place. Probably only if you liked trains, though. -
States do have the right to defend themselves and yes, Israel was attacked by Hamas. However, the retaliation is disproportionate IMO. Israel have bombed VERY precisely. Precisely the vehicles and routes that people were using to flee south. It seems to have been a planned hoax by the IDF. I wonder how many Hamas fighters were killed amongst those in the evacuating convoys? I imagine Hamas fighters, (terrorists), will still be in Gaza planning their next rocket attack. Whilst the IDF are mobilising tanks, fighter/bombers, ground troops, artillery and the USA are moving warships into place off the Gaza coast. I'm not saying Hamas are anything other than terrorists and yes, the world would be better off without them and Hezbollah but, to warn those FAMILIES and CIVILIANS in Gaza to leave before any ground offensive and then attack those fleeing columns of people displaced by the war is an abomination and IMO makes the IDF as culpable for war crimes as Hamas.

Heating on at 7pm. Cos it's... chilly Mrs P saying she's too warm. Turn it down. It's set to come on at 15 degrees FFS. At 15 degrees you'd put a coat on if you went outside. I go to bed later than her and she has the bedroom window open!!!! F*** off with your Menopausal hot sweats. I'm COLD.
